About Organization:
Digital Qatalyst seeks an experienced Application Manager to lead the design, implementation, and management of innovative applications with a strong technical expertise in DevOps frameworks and Microsoft platforms.
Role Description
The Application Manager at DQ, spearheads the development and management of critical applications for transformative projects, utilizing specialized skills in DevOps orchestration, solution design, and a commitment to a data-first approach and continuous optimization.
Job Responsibilities
• Implement and optimize DevOps frameworks, including Lean, Agile, SAFe, and Scrum
• Proficiently use DevOps tools such as MS DevOps, Git, Jira, Confluence, and Jenkins
• Oversee diverse applications, including DXP, CRM, ERP, BPM, ESB, RPA, Analytics, and AI
• Implement platform patterns, including Cloud, APIs, Services, REST, and WS
• Lead and mentor a dynamic team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
• Manage a diverse technology stack, including Azure, AWS, and Google platforms
• Employ analytical thinking to assess complex issues and provide effective solutions
• Contribute directly to the effective development of solutions and service delivery to clients
• Develop, QA, and release solutions using leading development methods, incorporating both traditional and agile approaches
REQUIREMENTS
Academic & Professional Qualifications
• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's level degree
• Secondary Degree: Engineering (Nice to have)
• Working Experience: Minimum 4 years
