Assistant Commercial Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Coordinate with sales and finance teams to streamline commercial order processing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of commercial transactions which includes LPO and proforma invoices.
• Act as a liaison between the sales department and customers to ensure effective communication and execution of processing orders.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns related to commercial transactions.
• Prepare and present regular reports on commercial reports to the management.

Salary:
AED 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in a commercial or coordinating role.
• Strong understanding of commercial processes, deliveries, and shipping terms.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
