Business Development Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Identify and engage corporate and individual clients interested in property registration services in Dubai and the UAE.
• Present and tailor the company's property registration services to meet the specific needs of clients, emphasizing efficiency and advantages in expediting transactions.
• Conduct market analysis and strategic development such as the creation of effective business development strategies.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of property registration processes including opening of Escrow accounts, Oqood registration in Dubai, property sale registration, property mortgage registration, transfer of property, among others.
• Achieve sales targets, identify upselling opportunities, and implement effective sales strategies to contribute to the company's overall revenue goals.

REQUIREMENTS

Position Title: Business Development Executive for Property Registration
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus commissions

Qualifications:
• Open to Asian and Arabic nationalities
• 25 to 40 years old
• Minimum of 1 year UAE relevant experience in selling property registration services
