JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization. This role will be based in UAE-Dubai and offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare industry within the UAE-Dubai region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement strategies for business growth and market expansion.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive activities, and potential areas for business development.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the organization's products and services.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive revenue and business success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of projects and services to clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide strategic insights and recommendations for business development.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or other roles within the healthcare industry, preferably in UAE-Dubai.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare market in UAE-Dubai, including key players, trends, and opportunities for growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities while meeting the organization's objectives.
- Results-driven and goal-oriented individual with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and business growth.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software for managing client relationships and sales activities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages spoken in the UAE-Dubai region is a plus.
