JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing expert guidance to customers, understanding their needs, and selling suitable electronic products that meet the customers requirements. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of electronics, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers on our range of electronics, including features, specifications, and benefits.
• Understand the market price of the market for each product and be able to sell high volume of goods to customers effectively.
• Actively listen to customer concerns and objections, and address them in a timely and courteous manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Utilize sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell products, maximizing sales opportunities and revenue generation.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently and be organized in keeping a stock inventory
• Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitors' offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the electronics industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Looking for someone who wants to grow the company through finding new customers to sell to or new, upcoming products to sell
• In-depth knowledge of electronics and technology products, including smartphones, laptops, home appliances, and accessories.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
