Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive and Sales Engineer with a strong background in industrial sales and procurement. This role requires a dynamic individual who excels in a fast-paced environment, engaging with key sectors such as Oil & Gas and Marine industries within the UAE. The successful candidate will report directly to the Division Head and Management team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Revenue Targets: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed annual sales targets.
- Client Engagement: Regularly meet with clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and strengthen business relationships.
- Product Expertise: Utilize extensive product knowledge to effectively source and match customer needs with our product offerings.
- Negotiation: Employ expert negotiation skills in both sales and procurement to secure favourable terms and pricing.
- Account Management: Maintain and expand relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Strategic Initiatives: Implement strategic sales initiatives that align with company goals and enhance market presence.
- Compliance and Standards: Maintain a working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards, ensuring compliance in all documentation and processes.

AED 11,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

- Proficient in Lifting Industry – Equipments, Testing and Safety Standards to Oil & Gas Companies, EPCI Contractors, Construction & Crane Companies in GCC and Northern Africa.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years in a similar role, specifically within the UAE’s industrial sector, catering to Oil & Gas and Marine clients.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey product benefits and negotiate effectively.
- Education: A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in handling a diverse range of industrial products, with a keen ability to source and fulfil customer product requirements.

Personal Attributes:
- Mobility : Driving with U.A.E. Driver’s License
- Computer Literate in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Liasing with Departments & Divisions.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and produce results.
- Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- High degree of professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction.
