We at Guildhall are working with a prominent client within the Business Set Up & Licensing industry. They are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Set Up & Licensing Executive to join their team in Dubai. The role involves proactive engagement with leads interested in company formation in Dubai, effectively communicating the advantages of establishing their business in Dubai and the unique services provided by our organisation.

Role Description:

As a Business Set Up & Licensing Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients interested in establishing their businesses in Dubai. Your role will involve effectively presenting the advantages of Dubai as a business destination and promoting the unique services offered by our organisation. You will manage the entire sales cycle, maintain client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities:

- Engage and convert leads into clients.
- Present the benefits of Dubai as a business destination and the value proposition of our services.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closure.
- Maintain relationships with clients and ensure exceptional service.
- Collaborate with internal teams for a seamless client experience.
- Meet and exceed set sales targets and KPIs.

Education:

- Degree in Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
- Additional certifications in UAE business laws preferred.

Salary:
AED 12,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum two years' experience in business set-up and licensing, particularly in Dubai.
- Proven sales or business development background.
- Strong persuasive communication skills; fluent in English.
- Effective lead generation, nurturing, and conversion abilities.
- Highly accustomed to Salesforce CRM business process.
- Ability to build relationships with a diverse client base.
- Knowledgeable about Dubai's business landscape and regulations.
- Goal-oriented, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Team player, capable of working collaboratively.
- High ethical standards and professionalism.
