JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Setup Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business consulting, with a focus on company formation, licensing, and regulatory compliance. As a Business Setup Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire setup process, providing strategic advice, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Consult with clients to understand their business goals, requirements, and preferences for company formation.
• Advise clients on the most suitable business structures, licensing options, and jurisdictions based on their needs.
• Prepare and submit all necessary documentation and applications for company registration, licenses, visas, and permits.
• Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and financial analysis to support clients in making informed decisions.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients on operational matters, compliance, and best practices.
• Keep abreast of changes in regulations, policies, and industry trends to ensure accurate and up-to-date advice.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
Salary:
AED
4,000 to 6,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience & Educational Background:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Setup Consultant, Business Advisor, or similar role in the consultancy industry.
• In-depth knowledge of company formation procedures, licensing requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
• Familiarity with local business laws, tax regulations, and commercial practices.
Skills:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and Channel Partner
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and quality of work.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Knowledge:
• Familiarity with UAE labor, immigration laws, and processes.
• Understanding of various industry sectors and business modeling.
• Proficient in feasibility analysis and business planning.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
Qualification & Preference:
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting and exceeding specified targets.
