JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
The purpose of the role is to work as a Chef catering to different kinds and varieties of cuisines for a VIP family in Abu Dhabi. You will manage helpers who can assist you with the ad-hoc tasks of managing the cooking. Chef responsibilities include studying recipes, setting up menus and preparing high-quality dishes. You should be able to delegate tasks to kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner. Also, you should be familiar with sanitation regulations.
Salary:
AED
3,000 to 4,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
REQUIREMENTS
• Looking for a Chef with expertise in various cuisines
• Preferably from countries like India, Pakistan and Bangladesh to understand the requirements
• Previous experience in similar private VIP houses required
• Role is full time and based in Abu Dhabi
