JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Key Responsibilities and Key Performance Areas
• To maintain a comprehensive database of our existing clients
• To dedicate efforts to the retention and satisfaction of our existing clients.
• To proactively address inquiries and coordinate with operations to support clients with their assignments
• To keep existing clients informed about the latest regulations set by the respective authorities
• To coordinate follow-up actions with clients, particularly regarding pending documents necessary to complete their assignments.
• To implement cross-selling strategies to cater to the evolving needs of existing clients
• To quote services as per the pricing slab approved by the Company
• To effectively prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers.
• To ensure that all business transactions conducted adhere to our company policies and ethical standards.

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

• To cultivate leads and transform them into sales prospects, opening doors to fresh business opportunities
• To cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients while identifying opportunities for business development.
• To attend training and courses for continuous self-development
• To penetrate new markets and introduce new services
• To stay informed about the company's products or services and industry trends
• To stay informed about competitors and adapt to changes in the market and industry to effectively position products or service
• To train the junior executives on how to prepare and effectively deliver sales presentations
• To contribute to the development and implementation of internal process improvements for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
