Job Position: Connected Car Services (CCS) Manager
Job Purpose:
- Develop & operate Connected Car Service in the region.
- Build CCS business structure, Build operation policies, Development & operation contract management together with RHQ lawyer, Subscribe contract management, Track CCS development with R&D, Market monitoring & Competitor analysis, Check relevant regulations, Building Call center.
Main Responsibilities:
Service development
- Build CCS business structure, Support contract making with legal team
- Development tracking with R&D (System / Server / Apps)
- Build operation policies (Free use period, Pricing, etc)
- Check relevant regulations with legal team
- Build customer service center(Call center)
- Secure required budget
- Develop payment system
- Get required certificates from the authorities
Service development
- Manage subscription status and report regularly
- Develop marketing & promotion strategy of CCS
- Competitor monitoring & analysis
- Cost management
- Supporting Controller OTA(Over The Air) system
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate Profile:
- Work Experience:
- Experience in Connected Car Service company / Telecom company / Mobile device business is highly preferred
- Experience in Connected Car Service development in manufacturer is preferred
- Educational Preferences: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or in Business Administration
- Language: Required English Proficiency / Korean (Advantage) / Arabic (Advantage)
- Gender: Male or female
Working Conditions:
- Expected Date of Recruitment: ASAP
- Salary: Decision after interview
- Term of the Contract: Limited 3 years contract
- Working Hours: 8AM - 5PM
- Vacations: 25 day / per annum
