JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a Customer Relationship Director with 12+ years' experience in the travel industry with a strong understanding of travel and holiday products and services.
• The role involves the management and nurturing of existing client relationships in addition to development of new business.
• Successful candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to think strategically and influence stakeholders, in addition to a track record of leading and motivating teams.
• Successful candidates should have a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field with proven experience in Customer Relationship Management and Business Development within the travel industry.
• Candidates should also be fluent in Arabic.
• Based at the company's headquarters in Abu Dhabi, the role will also require travel to client sites as required.

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in Customer Relationship Management and Business Development within the travel industry is a MUST.
• 12-15 years of experience in the travel industry. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of Travel and Holiday products and services.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
