JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Digital Merchandiser for a wide range of products from exotic cars to Persian rugs and antiques, to Electronics. This is a unique position and requires someone with understanding of various online marketplaces such as Dubizzle, Ebay, Shopify, etc.

Job Responsibilities include:
- Curate and manage assortment of new and pre-owned products for placement on various online channels.
- Maintain accurate product listings, including imagery, descriptions, and pricing, to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Take high quality product images
- Respond to customer queries in a timely manner
- Manage local and international sale process including payments and shipments to customers
- Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product discoverability, increase conversion rates
- Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for assortment optimization and revenue growth.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Merchandising, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital merchandising, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a passion dealing with customers
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual merchandising.
