Employment: Full Time

An Executive Assistant with an exceptional attention to detail and the ability to anticipate the needs of a highly demanding MD, you will be fairly new to your career EA/PA role with 1-3 years of overall experience to date. Therefore, you will possess a strong desire to prove your capabilities by going above and beyond each day.

This can be a challenging environment as there is a great deal of last minute and ever-changing priorities, however the ability to remain calm and move on quickly to the next task is paramount here. You will be assisting with a varied range of duties from ensuring the MD’s travel plans are highly detailed and revenue reports generated weekly, to providing personal support for summer vacations, property maintenance and private purchases. Reporting to the COO and working amongst a small team you will likely be involved in all aspects of the business including marketing and social media, liaising with partners in Europe, financial administration and ensuring all business continuity, licenses and visas are renewed. As the product portfolio grows you will be relied upon to ensure the MD is fully aware of any updates and progress across multiple time zones.

It is essential that you have an all-round EA/PA skill set as the tasks are exceptionally varied. However excellent English communication and written skills are essential for this role. This exciting position would suit those with a maximum of 3 years of EA/PA or operations experience, with a great deal of EQ, productivity and the ability to keep the pace in an ever-changing organisation. The position can offer a fantastic WFH schedule and therefore those with a focused and tenacious attitude will be successful.
