JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in the Sanitary Ware, Ceramic, and Tiles industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products in the UAE, focusing primarily on the Abu Dhabi region. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the industry, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets in the Sanitary Ware, Ceramic, and Tiles industry.
- Identify and approach potential clients, including architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers, to promote and sell our products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide product knowledge and technical support to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies and product offerings accordingly.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and quotations to clients, negotiating terms and closing sales deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to provide input on product improvements, new product launches, and promotional activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, keeping management informed of sales performance and market trends.

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the Sanitary Ware, Ceramic, and Tiles industry or related field.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
- Good technical knowledge of Sanitary Ware, Ceramic, and Tiles products, including their features, applications, and installation processes.
- Familiarity with the UAE market, particularly in the Abu Dhabi region, and an existing network of contacts within the industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- A valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
