JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client is an established FM Service Provider. They are currently seeking a Fleet Manager - Facilities Management to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

- Plan, organize, direct, and review the operations and activities of the Fleet and Facilities Division.
- Develop and implement goals, objectives, policies, and priorities.
- Manage and coordinate the purchase, maintenance, repair, replacement and disposal of the vehicle fleet.
- Manage the facility maintenance program for owned facilities.
- Plan, organize, and direct the servicing and maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
- Maintain computerized maintenance record keeping system.

REQUIREMENTS

- Good analytical skills to effectively analyse fleet data and draw accurate conclusions
- Excellent organisational skills to cope with a fast-changing environment and multiple concurrent tasks
- Solid negotiation skills to successfully handle purchases and contracts
- Knowledge of relevant environmental and safety laws and regulations
