JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are looking for a dedicated HR and Admin Officer to join the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the HR and administrative functions of the company, ensuring smooth operations and employee satisfaction.
• Implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Handle the end-to-end payroll process, including collecting, verifying, and inputting employee attendance, time sheets, leaves, and other relevant data for calculating salaries.
• Calculate employees' wages, salaries, bonuses, commissions, overtime, and any other compensation or deductions accurately based on attendance and relevant rules.
• Manage Employee leave and attendance record.
• Calendar and Schedule Management.
• Knowledge of UAE laws.
Other Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
Salary:
AED
7,000 to 10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree
• JAFZA Experience
• knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations
• Payroll Management
Others:
• Proven experience as an HR and Admin Officer or relevant HR role in the automotive industry
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
• Strong ethics and reliability
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus
• HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
