JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team our client a market leader in the real estate industry who are committed to fostering a positive work environment where employees can thrive and contribute to their continued success.

Responsibilities:

• And implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
• The recruitment and talent acquisition process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers.
• The onboarding process to ensure new employees are integrated smoothly into the company culture and understand their roles.
• Employee relations matters, including addressing grievances, mediating conflicts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Performance management efforts, including conducting performance reviews and developing strategies for employee development and recognition.
• Compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, health insurance, and retirement plans.
• Legal compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
• HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and managing HR software systems.
• Employee engagement and wellness through initiatives, events, and wellness programs.
• And implement succession plans to identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
• With senior management on strategic HR initiatives related to workforce planning, organizational development, and company culture.

Salary:
AED 15,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Years of experience in human resources management
• Track record of developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that drive business results.
• Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• To manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
