JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
• Ensure that HR policies and practices are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
• Establish and manage performance appraisal processes, setting clear goals and feedback mechanisms to enhance employee
• performance.
• Utilize HR analytics to guide informed decisions and monitor key HR metrics and KPI's in enabling continuous improvement in HR strategies.
• Manage employee benefits programs, evaluate their effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvements.

Salary: up to 40K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
