REQUIREMENTS

- Align HR strategies with business objectives to enhance organizational effectiveness
- Lead talent management initiatives, including recruitment, development, and retention strategies
- Handle complex employee relations issues while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on HR-related matters
- Foster a collaborative work environment by building strong relationships across all levels of the organization
