Position Title: HR Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 18K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications, plus fuel, parking, and salik allowances
Job Location: Ras Al Khor Industrial Area, Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
They are the largest and most client preferred distributor of collectible automobiles in the Middle East
Job Description:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.
• Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures and Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement and development plans.
• Identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate employee development initiatives.
• Stay updated with UAE labor laws and ensure company compliance, and handle legal matters related to HR and employment regulations.
• Manage payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems, and maintain accurate employee records and documentation
Salary:
AED
18,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian nationals
• 40 years old and below
• At least 5 years of HR Management experience in the automotive industry in the UAE
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or any related field
• Must have an in-depth knowledge of UAE labour laws and regulations
• Preferably with Certification in HR management
• Must have UAE driver’s license and own car
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
