JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Job Description:
• Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and ensure timely filling of vacancies.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to business consulting roles.
• Develop HR policies and procedures tailored to the needs of a business consultancy firm.
• Work with client’s team to source and match suitable candidates from the panel of consultant lawyers to client engagements.

Salary: up to 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

A team of experienced lawyers and business consultants who provide legal and corporate services to their clients within UAE

Qualifications:
• Open to Western European nationals
• Female, 28-38 years old and below
• Must have bachelor's degree in human resources or related field with minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
