Employment: Full Time

• To perform in a safe and cost-effective way the fulfilment process from order taking to distribution. This affects direct customers, agents, and distributors and all the products for local distribution.
• Daily Schedule coordination with Source
• Communication with transporter for dispatch, FASAH Follow Up and clearance arrangements
• To optimise local distribution of PG and LB deliveries
• To manage the key service providers of distribution activity like Quote, Invoice, COO, DGD, COA, HS-DA for BOE
• To manage distribution performance to the agreed standards
• Obtain and maintain civil defence approvals for all the fleet, preclearance, FANR approval
• Maintain IVMS and review monthly
• Manage the movement of all products across the GCC and communication with customer
• To respect and adhere to all the safety, Health and environment rules
• To receive, validate and consolidate local orders for direct and indirect channel and communicate with customer as well internal customers
• To plan loads, consolidate and route shipments
• To deliver product and trigger invoicing
• To manage local carriers and delivery modes
• To manage local delivery business rules
• Manager contractors and haulers
• To manage delivery performance to the agreed standards (cost and quality)
• Have a permanent contact with make supervisors to ensure a flawless, operations
• Managing and executing the stock withdraw transaction in LB Shell
• Manage the PRO duties for fleet.
• Accrual, booking invoice on-time
• Handling Export DG Cargo Shipments (Tanks, Cylinders, Dewars) – Pure Gases and Mixtures
• Arranging Export shipment of Helium Liquid Dewars by AIR (need to apply FANR permit) – full coordination with Sales, Operation Team, Freight Forwarder and Customer -
• Arranging the clearance and delivery of Returned Empty Dewars shipment from Customers by AIR – full coordination with Customer/Shipper and Freight Forwarder
• Arranging the clearance and delivery of Returned Empty Dewars from Iraq – by SEA thru Breakbulk – need to apply MOFA approval
• Handling Import clearance from GCC Countries
• Handling shipments to Karachi by SEA – LCL and FCL
• Handling tanks MEET – full coordination with UAE Forwarder, APME & Oman Team and Destination/Loading Team
• Handling Import shipments from Door-to-door from Supplier (any Mode of Transportation) – need to get quotation from various forwarders and nominate the best one (rate and service wise) - required BID Tab Form for Supply Chain Manager’s approval
• Approving Vendor’s Invoices on a timely manner
• Handling Import shipments from intercompany and ensure that materials will be received on a timely manner
• Handling Export shipments based on Customer’s agreed Delivery Terms, monitor it closely and ensure that shipments will arrive at destination accordingly
• Handling Local Deliveries and documentation required by Customer and obtain all Customs Formalities, inside and outside Jebel Ali Freezone
• Provides teamwork with different departments such as Sales, Production and Co-Logistics Coordinator
• Perform other related duties as required

• Inquire updated Air, Land and Sea Freights from various freight forwarders
• Generating Delivery Note and Shipping Documents in SAP & LB
• Require full coordination with Sales, Production, Customer and Forwarding Agents to deliver the orders on time
• Ensure that updated freight rates are always given to Sales Team
• Handling Export shipments based on Customer’s agreed Delivery Terms, monitor it closely and ensure that shipments will arrive at destination accordingly
• Handling Import shipments from ROW and ensure that materials will be received on a timely manner
• Approving Vendor’s Invoices
• Arranging Export order shipments to Customer from UAE to ROW
• Arranging Import order shipments from Supplier to UAE
• Handling Import Clearance and Delivery from UAE Airports, Sea Ports and Border to AP Middle East – by Sea, Air and Land Transport

Principal Accountabilities
This position is accountable for the following end results:
• Delivered the Customer’s order on a timely manner
• Received the order purchased from Supplier on time
• Ensure that all Customs Formalities was obtained prior shipment

Minimum Requirements And Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree of Business or Equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience in Logistics (GAS INDUSTRY-ADVANTAGE)
• Knowledge of ERP system (SAP)
• Good communication & motivational skills
• Problem solving skills
• Familiar with the Industrial Gas business
• Good knowledge in safety
• Should have good patience and be a good listener
