Key Responsibilities:

* Support consultants with live assignments, including candidate registration, database searches, and administrative duties.
* Conduct candidate registrations and interviews to ensure a smooth experience for all candidates.
* Guide candidates through the recruitment process, from initial briefing to offer acceptance.
* Manage candidate correspondence via verbal, written, and email channels.
* Comprehend candidate qualification criteria and communicate requirements effectively.
* Generate leads to bolster the recruitment team's initiatives.
* Familiarize yourself with Quest's background, solutions, and recruitment strategies.
* Adhere to Quest's terms of business and services.
* Collaborate on vacancies with split fees and strive to meet team targets.

Requirements:

* Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and colleagues.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Additional Details:
