JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

As a Sales & Business Analyst at Code Hive, you will embark on a dynamic journey where you'll not only spearhead sales initiatives but also delve into market research and engage clients to provide tailored business solutions. Your multifaceted responsibilities will demand a blend of analytical prowess, strategic thinking, and client-centric approach to ensure mutual success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Client Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients, nurturing leads through the sales pipeline to successful closures. Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and existing clients to understand their needs and offer bespoke solutions.
• Lead Management: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to track and update lead status in our CRM system, ensuring seamless coordination and effective client engagement.
• Target Achievement: Exceed monthly sales targets by managing your pipeline strategically and employing innovative sales tactics to convert leads into clients.
• Business Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analyses of clients' businesses to identify challenges and opportunities. Utilize these insights to recommend solutions that drive value and align with client objectives.
• Solution Customization: Partner with our product and service teams to tailor offerings according to client requirements, fostering long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.
• Strategic Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, and product teams, ensuring alignment in strategy and execution to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Vision and Strategy: Shape and execute our sales strategy by leveraging data and client interactions to drive growth and maintain a competitive edge.
• Client-Centric Approach: Adopt a consultative sales approach, focusing on understanding and addressing each client's unique challenges to build trust-based relationships.
• Analytical Expertise: Analyze market trends and client data to inform strategic sales decisions and deliver customized solutions.
• Collaborative Leadership: Foster strong cross-functional collaborations to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client service.
• Customized Solutions: Utilize insights from business analysis to collaborate with teams in crafting solutions that exceed client expectations.

Salary: AED 7,000.00 - AED 11,000.00 per month + commission
Note: Salary range is indicative and may vary based on qualifications and experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor's (Required)
• Experience: Sales: 2 years (Required), Business Analysis: 2 years (Preferred)
• Language: English (Fluent) and Arabic (Native)
• License/Certification: UAE Valid Driving license (Required)
• Vehicle for transportation: Personal car (Required)
• Key Demographic Requirements - applicants must be:
• Fluent Arabic Speaker
