Requirements:

We are looking for ambitious & efficient candidate with minimum 2 years of experience on administrative position, preferably with real estate market knowledge as well as being able to:

- Manage day-to-day operations of leasing department and ensure maximum optimization of the team
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the status and performance of leasing activities
- Coordinate with clients, owners & teams to resolve daily issues and inquiries
- Keep attuned of the latest UAE law regulations, leasing policies and procedures

Candidate must have:
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Possess strong leadership and decision making qualities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Poised under pressure
- Honest
- Proven experience on administrative position, preferably in UAE
- Preferably holder of UAE driving license
