We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the logistics operations to ensure efficient transportation and delivery of goods. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor the transportation and delivery of goods to ensure timely and efficient operations
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and carriers to ensure proper coordination of logistics activities
- Track and report shipment status, inventory levels, and transportation costs
- Resolve any issues or delays in the transportation process and provide timely solutions
- Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations and requirements

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role in the logistics industry
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using logistics and inventory management software
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
