JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Order entry to Suppliers, co-ordination with shipping lines and forwarders
• Handling and preparation of shipping Documents (Bill of Lading, cert of origin and related transport documents) follow up on shipments.
• Knowledge of “Letter of Credits” would be a distinct advantage.
Requirements:
• Local clearance of cargo, transportation and the know-how with local UAE customs formalities will definitely be an advantage.• Good communication and coordination skills with various parties involved in the business (suppliers, forwarders, Insurance companies, Chamber of commerce, Clearing agents, customs, sales department).
Salary:
AED
5,000 to 7,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
