Marketing Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

As a Marketing Assistant you are responsible for developing and executing social media marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engage our target audience. This role requires strong attention to detail, creativity, and prior experience in digital marketing.

Essential Duties:

• Develop and implement social media marketing plans to achieve business objectives and increase brand visibility.
• Create engaging content for various social media platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate content creation.
• Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities to optimize content strategies.
• Engage with followers and customers on social media platforms.
• Analyze performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns.
• Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and maintain accurate records of social media activities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as CRM, Google Analytics, social media management platforms and graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Familiarity with the local market and consumer trends in Abu Dhabi is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
