Marketing Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• To manage all social media handles for Team Red Dot and establish engaging content strategies
• Oversee the maintenance of the company website and ensure that the website is updated at all times
• Lead efforts to ensure that the company credentials are up to date and saved in the right folder
• Partner closely with department heads to develop and plan PR activities that are designed to elevate the visibility of TRD
• Be the key liaison with industry titles and lead coordinator on all external facing communications ( press releases, articles etc.)
• Stay abreast of the competitive landscape to best position the Company in the marketplace
• Collaboratively work with the business development team on lead management and client deliverables ( presentations, plans, pitches, etc.)
• Research leads through different social mediums for sales traction
• Log sales activities ( client contacts, opportunities) in NETSUITE
• Actively participate in brainstorming ideas for client briefs and ensure that all proactive ideas are in PPT
• Support in creating cost estimates & PO's and liaise with finance team for invoices and payments
• Responsible for posting and scheduling posts for our clients and responding to comments and customer queries when required
• Assess the ROI on all marketing activities regularly, making changes and implementing new ideas where necessary

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or business with a minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar capacity, preferably within an advertising agency
• Ability to multi-task and manage projects effectively
• Excellent communications skills ( verbal & written)
• Proficient in MS Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
