JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• As a Mortgage Loan Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling mortgage loan products to individuals and businesses seeking financing for real estate transactions.
• Your primary goal is to meet sales targets, build lasting relationships with clients, and ensure a smooth and efficient mortgage application process.
• Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, and marketing initiatives.
• Assist clients in completing mortgage loan applications and gather necessary documentation.
• Stay informed about mortgage industry regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines.
• Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and assess their eligibility for mortgage loans.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

Desired qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in mortgage loan sales or a related financial services role.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, industry regulations, and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Sales-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
