As an Office Manager for our client, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and HR on a day-to-day basis. You will be responsible for overseeing administrative activities, managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, and providing HR support to various departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the reception area, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
• Maintain office efficiency by implementing and improving administrative systems and procedures.
• Coordinate office HR activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Oversee office budget and expenses, including purchasing office supplies and equipment.
• Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
• Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, preparing materials, and arranging catering if necessary.
• Handle basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices and expense reports.
• Act as a liaison between employees and management to facilitate communication and resolve issues.


• Proven experience as an office manager or similar administrative role.
• HR Administration and Management experience
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or a related field is preferred.
