JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

What you’ll be doing
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Arranging with the General Manager and COO diary appointments
- Assist in the organisation of Company events, conferences and meetings
- Use databases to update spreadsheets
- Note take when requested
- Provide high level administration support and implement systems to elevate administration workload
- Conduct research and compile data when needed
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Liaising with project managers to ensure projects are moving at the right pace
- Organise travel when required
- Raising any concerns with the General Manager and COO

Requirements:
Candidate Specification
- Are you the person we are looking for?
- Fluent English - verbal and written
- 2+ years experience in a PA role to the CEO or General Manager
- 2+ years experience in diary management
- 4+ years experience in administration including using google suite
- Friendly, energetic and driven to succeed

Key Skills:
- Attention to detail
- Strong administration skills
- Highly organized and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Educated to degree level

Salary:
AED 5,500 to 9,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
