Project Manager for a Luxury Real Estate Developer

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Position Summary:

The main purpose of the role is to achieve successful implementation of the construction project. Responsibilities include ensuring that the project meets the highest quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual requirements while staying within budget and adhering to the set project implementation timeline.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

- Partner with the Senior Management to ensure project activities are aligned with agreed plans and timelines.
- Forge effective collaboration and teamwork within a multi-disciplinary project team consisting of architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants, fostering seamless communication and synergy.
- Support in overseeing contract administration with contractors, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry regulations.
- Streamline resource distribution to maximize project efficiency and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Enforce and oversee quality assurance protocols to guarantee construction activities meet the highest luxury standards.
- Collaborate in identifying, assessing, and addressing potential risks linked to offshore construction projects, communicating findings to the Senior Management for mitigation.
- Assist in client communication by providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and resolutions.
- Assist in maintaining thorough project documentation, preparing progress reports, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this role you must:

- Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Have previous experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in luxury hotel and ultra-luxury residential construction settings.
- Possess a strong knowledge of FIDIC, construction management processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Demonstrate strong leadership abilities, effective communication, and exceptional interpersonal skills
