JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

This is a full-time on-site role of a Property Consultant - Real Estate Broker located in Dubai. As a Property Consultant - Real Estate Broker, you will be responsible for assisting clients with purchasing, selling, and renting properties, providing market analysis and insights, and building relationships with clients and stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a property consultant in real estate brokerage Dubai Market
- If you are specialized in secondary or Leasing market you are welcome to apply
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Up-to-date knowledge of current real estate market trends and regulations in Dubai
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with real estate customer relationship management(CRM) tools and platforms is a plus
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Immediate joiner is preferred
