Property Consultant

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Property Consultant to join our real estate team in UAE-Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice on the real estate market. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about real estate and has a proven track record in sales and customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects to drive business growth
- Understand the local real estate market trends and provide insights to clients
- Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information to potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets
- Stay updated on property laws, market conditions, and financing options to provide the best advice to clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available properties and generate leads

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience as a real estate agent or property consultant
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with the UAE-Dubai real estate market and property laws
- Strong sales and customer service orientation
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Valid UAE driving license and own transportation
