Employment: Full Time

Job Description:
• Research, identify, and evaluate potential F&B suppliers based on quality, pricing, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable agreements in terms of pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
• Draft, review, and manage contracts to ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
• Work closely with culinary, operations, and finance teams to understand their requirements and develop sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct periodic supplier audits and assessments to ensure adherence to agreed-upon quality parameters.

Qualifications:
• Open to Asian nationalities
• 38 years old and below
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sourcing Specialist, preferably in the hospitality industry with a focus on F&B procurement
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is advantageous
• Proficiency working with hospitality management systems and procurement software
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Familiarity with sourcing, procurement processes, relevant regulations and compliance standards in the hospitality and F&B industry
• In-depth knowledge of F&B products, market trends, and supplier landscape.
