JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our prestigious law firm in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, presenting a positive and welcoming image of the firm. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for lawyers and other staff
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Ensure security procedures are followed by issuing visitor badges and maintaining visitor logs
- Provide general administrative support to the office as needed

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 11,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is an advantage
