JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Job Description:
- Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff, providing guidance and training to ensure exceptional service.
- Set high standards for customer satisfaction, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct training sessions, evaluate performance, and foster a culture of continuous learning among team members.
- Work closely with management to implement strategies for increasing sales, improving efficiency, and enhancing guest experience.

REQUIREMENTS

Position Title: Restaurant Supervisor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5.5K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus shared accommodation, duty meal, transportation & tips
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Qualifications:
- Open to European & Western nationalities
- Female, 35 years old and below
- Must have at least 2 years of experience from high-end/fine dining or 5-star hotel in the similar role
