JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in the fast-paced ecommerce, AI, and big data industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing marketing strategies to promote our products and services across the GCC market.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for product and service improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the ecommerce or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the technology or ecommerce sector.
- Fluency in English, with additional proficiency in Arabic considered a plus.
