JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team in the ceramics, sanitary wares, and tiles industry. The ideal candidate will be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE and will play a key role in supporting the sales team, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department.

Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in managing and organizing sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
- Coordinate with customers to schedule product demonstrations, meetings, and deliveries.
- Maintain and update the sales database and customer records.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and promotions.
- Assist in the coordination of sales events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Generate sales reports and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure targets and deadlines are met.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing travel arrangements and scheduling meetings.

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role within the ceramics, sanitary wares, or tiles industry.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing principles and practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of the UAE market and customer preferences is a plus.
