Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Sales Coordinator to join our team in the Home Appliances industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team and coordinating sales-related activities to contribute to the overall success of the organization.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the smooth and efficient sales process from lead generation to order fulfillment.
- Assist in preparing and organizing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Maintain and manage sales databases and customer records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
- Assist in monitoring sales performance metrics and preparing sales reports for management review.
- Support the sales team in organizing sales events, trade shows, and product demonstrations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities.


- Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the home appliances or related industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- MS Office skills with expertise in excel - we are talking pivot tables. V-lookups. H-lookups. No data hiccups. Just data hookups.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership of tasks.
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
