JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Conducting Market research and scouting to obtain market intelligence that should be necessary for understanding the competitors.
• Develop a sales strategy with existing client database and Broker network to achieve sales goals.
• Establishing, Building, and developing Relationships with Broker agencies and customers through continuous follow ups to establish repeated purchases and referrals.
• Presentation of the off-plan projects to customers, managing tasks related to contract negotiation and completion.
• Effectively managing client enquiries, concerns, and objections.
• Prospecting New clients in multiple acceptable methods and working hand in hand with Marketing team.
• Conducting project launches and regular campaign announcements to clients.
• Conducting Sales with utmost quality in compliance to Policies and processes.
• Effective Lead management.
• Promptly updating sales records and customer data in salesforce.

REQUIREMENTS

• A bachelor’s degree holder.
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience as sales manager in Real Estate Development Company.
• Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction and achieving company objectives.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
• Agility to problem solving and working effectively under pressure as both part of a team or independently
• Strong strategic and analytical approach
• Proficient typing and communications skills both Verbally and in written format.
• Fluent in English speaking and writing additional language is a plus.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, (including Excel and Outlook) + CRM tools
• Proper presentation skills, articulate, and besuited to represent the company
