Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team.

What you will be doing:
- Independently source broker and direct client network
- Meet and exceed assigned targets and KPIs
- Effectively consult with potential clients and advising on various aspects of the project in the line with their requirements
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and negotiation.
- Finalise the terms of an agreement and closing sales for team
- Keep abreast of ;local zoning laws, financing institution, residency and commercial procedures and other concerns of the client with regards to the sale of property to ensure smooth sale transaction
- Analyze client's requirements as per their preference of properties and be effectively able to read between lines and cater the premium requirements
- Participate in the professional events;
- Interact with colleague and others department

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 120,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
