JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote credit card and personal loan products.
• Build rapport and trust with customers to understand their financial needs.
• Explain product features, benefits, and terms to potential clients.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 5,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in banking telesales, particularly in selling credit card and personal loan products.
• Knowledge of banking and financial products, regulations, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• UAE experience is a must.
