JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers as per projections.
- Allocate vehicles and manpower for efficient cargo dispatch.
- Optimize truck utilization for effective operations.
- Maximize customer satisfaction while minimizing costs.
- Analyze and implement improvements in processes, procedures, and customer/carrier issues.
- Manage the performance of drivers and staff.
- Submit all required reports to superiors on time.
- Undertake other logistics functions as requested or needed.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a transport coordinator in the UAE.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Mandatory experience in land transport in the UAE and GCC.
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Knowledgeable about the principles and methods of road transportation in the UAE and GCC, including associated costs and benefits.
- Ability to estimate sizes, distances, quantities, and determine the time, costs, resources, or materials needed for work activities.
- General understanding of export/import procedures and documentation across all GCC borders.
- Proficient in MS Office.
