In 1976, General Construction Co. was founded in Abu Dhabi as a local contracting company within the Al Rubaya Group of Companies under the chairmanship of Mr. Mohamad Abdul Aziz Bin Rubaya Al Muheiry and having Engineer Elie Khalil Saliba as Chief Executive Officer.
