Noor Takaful Family was established in Dubai - UAE on 27 March 2008 under registration no. 78 as a public joint stock company with a capital of AED 75,000,000. NTF is a subsidiary of Noor Investment Group under Dubai Group and is owned 90% by Noor Investment Group L.L.C. and 10% by Noor Islamic Bank PJSC.
NTF was created to provide ethical, Sharia’a compliant, innovative, unique and comprehensive Takaful (Islamic insurance) products that support the growing needs of the UAE economy and the GCC.
