JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Your Role in Brief:
As a Accommodation Staff member at maids.cc, you'll be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, comfort, and overall satisfaction of staff in accommodation settings. Your role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness, providing exceptional customer service, and attending to guests' needs promptly and efficiently.

What You'll Do:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure accommodations are tidy, hygienic, and welcoming.
- Assist our staff with their requests, and other personalized requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities, replenishing as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct thorough inspections of accommodations to identify any maintenance issues or cleanliness concerns, promptly reporting them for resolution.
- Collaborate with other staff members to coordinate tasks and ensure satisfaction.
- Uphold safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of the staff at all times.
- Provide assistance and support to staff with special needs or requests, demonstrating empathy and attentiveness.

REQUIREMENTS

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
