Position: Sales Manager
Location: Al Nahda, Sharjah

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the polymer industry and beyond.
• Identify and understand client needs, providing tailored solutions and recommendations.
• Drive sales growth through proactive outreach and effective negotiation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in English
• Education isn't important - street smartness is more important.
• Previous experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable with a thorough screening process, including multiple interviews and assessments.
• Desire for long-term commitment and stability within a supportive team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Hustler at heart
• Experience in the polymer industry or any other commodities.
• Cross-border trading experience is mandatory.
